Handmade Nature of 
Each Piece

All She’s Crafty Jewelry pieces are handcrafted individually, not mass-produced. Variations in texture, solder seams, patina, and finish are part of the handmade process and should be expected. These variations are not considered defects.

Each piece is one of a kind, even when designs are similar.

Natural Stones & 
Inclusions

work primarily with natural gemstones and minerals. Natural stones often contain inclusions, color variations, veining, or internal markings—these are inherent characteristics of the stone and part of its beauty.

  • Color may vary slightly due to lighting and screen differences

  • Stones are selected for integrity and character, not artificial perfection

  • Inclusions or natural markings are not flaws

Sizing & Fit

Please ensure your ring size or measurement is correct before ordering.

  • Rings are made to the size selected at checkout

  • I am not responsible for incorrect sizing provided by the customer

  • Resizing may be possible on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees and shipping costs

If you are unsure of your size, I strongly recommend visiting a local jeweler before ordering.

Wearability & Care

Sterling silver and natural stones require mindful wear.

  • Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or sleeping

  • Avoid exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products

  • Natural stones may scratch, chip, or crack if dropped or struck

Normal wear, patina, and aging are expected and not considered defects.

Processing Time & 
Shipping

Each piece is made or prepared with care.

  • Processing times are listed on each product page

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces require additional time

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed once the package leaves my studio

She’s Crafty Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.

Returns, Exchanges
 & Refunds

Due to the handmade and often custom nature of my work:

  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

  • Custom, resized, or personalized pieces are non-returnable

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos

I reserve the right to assess each situation individually.

Custom Orders

Custom work is a collaborative process.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required

  • Design changes after approval may incur additional fees

  • Custom pieces are final sale
