All purchases are subject to the product descriptions, prices, availability, and terms presented at the time of ordering.

She's Crafty reserves the right to correct pricing or listing errors, contact customers regarding order discrepancies, and cancel orders that cannot be fulfilled, with applicable refunds.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and customization information.

Each custom commission begins with a consultation to discuss your vision, gemstone preferences, design inspiration, and project scope.

• Custom design deposits begin at $100.

• Deposits are nonrefundable compensation for initial creative services once those services begin and are credited toward the final purchase price when the commission proceeds.

• No design work begins before payment is received.

• Initial concept development generally requires 7–10 business days following payment.

• A deposit does not guarantee a particular gemstone, design outcome, or production completion date unless expressly confirmed in writing.

If a customer voluntarily cancels after creative work has begun, the design deposit is retained as payment for those services, subject to applicable consumer rights.

Custom jewelry is a collaborative artistic process, guided by the customer's vision and the studio's design expertise.

Customers have an opportunity to review and approve their design before fabrication begins.

Minor revisions may be accommodated during concept development. Major changes to gemstone selections, design structure, dimensions, or overall direction may result in additional design charges.

Once a design has been approved and production has begun, additional changes may be unavailable or may require further charges.

Custom jewelry pricing reflects the selected gemstones, sterling silver materials, craftsmanship, design complexity, fabrication time, and finishing requirements.

Final pricing will be communicated for approval before fabrication begins.

Fabrication requires design approval and receipt of the agreed production payment.

Any changes affecting the price must be approved before additional paid work proceeds.

Custom Jewelry

Custom-designed, personalized, and commissioned jewelry is generally final sale once the agreed creative or fabrication work has been performed, except where applicable law requires a remedy.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Eligibility for discretionary returns or exchanges is governed by the return terms presented with the purchase. Items returned under an applicable return policy must meet its stated conditions.

Alchemy Products

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, opened or used fragrance, skincare, and personal-care products are not accepted for discretionary returns.

Personalized fragrance blends and made-to-order preparations are generally final sale once production begins, subject to applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact the studio with your order number, photographs, and a description of the concern.

Each situation will be reviewed and an appropriate remedy provided in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Handcrafted and made-to-order products require varying preparation and production times.

Estimated production and shipping dates will be communicated where applicable. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping information is correct.

If an online merchandise order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe, customers will be notified and given applicable options to consent to a revised shipment date or cancel for a refund, in accordance with federal law.

Shipping damage, missing packages, and delivery issues should be reported promptly so the studio can review the circumstances and assist with resolution.

Every She's Crafty Atelier creation is handcrafted individually using sterling silver and carefully selected materials.

Natural gemstones may contain inclusions, unique patterns, color variations, and other characteristics resulting from their natural formation.

Subtle variations in handcrafted construction are an inherent part of artisan work and do not automatically constitute defects.

Product photography aims to accurately represent each creation, but colors may vary depending on lighting and screen settings.

Sterling silver naturally develops patina and may tarnish over time.

To preserve your jewelry, avoid unnecessary contact with harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, chlorinated water, and situations that may damage delicate settings or gemstones.

Store jewelry carefully and clean it using methods appropriate for the specific materials.

Repair inquiries are evaluated individually. Repair charges depend on the condition of the piece, the nature of the damage, and the work required.

Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper storage, chemical exposure, or ordinary wear is not automatically considered a craftsmanship defect.

Alchemy products are created through fragrance composition, botanical inspiration, and artisan formulation.

Handcrafted batches may vary slightly in appearance, color, aroma, or consistency.

Custom fragrance compositions are personalized artistic expressions, and scent perception varies between individuals.

Unless expressly offered as part of the purchase, personalized formulation does not include unlimited revisions, reformulations, or guaranteed duplication of a previous fragrance.

Product instructions, storage directions, and stated use-by guidance should be followed.

Customers should review disclosed ingredient information before using any Alchemy product.

Known allergies, sensitivities, or ingredient restrictions should be communicated before a custom formulation is commissioned.

Although the studio strives to respect disclosed restrictions, no cosmetic or fragrance product can be guaranteed free of all potential allergens or individual reactions.

Use products only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas unless a product is specifically intended for such use.

Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical assistance for serious reactions.

Products are intended for their labeled cosmetic or fragrance uses and are not intended for ingestion.

She's Crafty Alchemy incorporates astrology, symbolism, botanical traditions, and personal ritual into its creative experience.

Cosmic profiles, scent correspondences, spiritual interpretations, and ritual suggestions are offered for creative expression, personal reflection, and enjoyment.

Astrological and energetic interpretations are not scientific or medical assessments and do not guarantee particular life events, emotional outcomes, financial results, or other personal changes.

These services and products are not substitutes for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

All original jewelry designs, sketches, illustrations, written materials, photographs, brand assets, and other protectable creative works developed by She's Crafty Atelier and She's Crafty Alchemy remain the intellectual property of She's Crafty or their respective rights holders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

She's Crafty Alchemy — Cosmic Fragrance Experience

She's Crafty Alchemy has developed its own proprietary approach to personalized fragrance creation, integrating natal chart interpretation, astrological correspondences, botanical selection, fragrance artistry, and individualized scent composition.

The studio's original Cosmic Experience materials, written interpretations, customer-facing designs, fragrance presentations, software, and other protectable creative elements are reserved to She's Crafty Alchemy.

Nonpublic formulation methods, botanical selection criteria, fragrance development procedures, computational models, and proprietary business information are treated as confidential studio know-how.

Purchasing a personalized fragrance, Cosmic Profile, reading, or other Alchemy product does not transfer ownership of the studio's underlying intellectual property or provide a license to reproduce its protected creative materials, software, or confidential information.

Customers may use their purchased products and personal readings for their own lawful personal purposes. Commercial reproduction or distribution of protected studio materials requires prior written authorization, unless otherwise permitted by law.

She's Crafty Atelier — Original Jewelry Designs

Original jewelry drawings, design presentations, commission concepts, and other protectable artistic works remain the intellectual property of She's Crafty Atelier unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a commissioned jewelry piece does not automatically transfer copyright or commercial reproduction rights.

Reservation of Rights

She's Crafty reserves all intellectual property rights available under applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other laws. Nothing in these policies claims exclusive ownership over general astrological principles, publicly known botanical correspondences, or independently developed fragrance concepts.

The purchase of a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial usage rights.

Unauthorized commercial reproduction or distribution of protected original materials is prohibited.

Custom commission payments do not grant exclusivity or ownership of the underlying design unless those rights are expressly agreed upon in writing.

She's Crafty is an independent, artist-operated studio that values thoughtful collaboration, respectful communication, and clear expectations.

Customers are encouraged to communicate design concerns and questions during the consultation and approval stages.

Changes to the scope, pricing, or production requirements of a custom project should be confirmed in writing.

The studio may decline new commissions or discontinue future services when a project falls outside its artistic capabilities, safety standards, or professional boundaries. Existing paid commitments will be handled according to the agreed terms and applicable law.

She's Crafty may revise these policies as the business evolves.

Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes will not retroactively alter existing purchase agreements unless agreed to by the parties or required by law.
